Your housekeeper comes to you every week. Over time, she learns your home, your habits and your priorities — no need to explain everything again at each visit. Should she be absent, we do our utmost to offer a replacement, depending on our team's availability.

Frequently asked questions
Do your housekeepers speak English?
Several of them do. Let us know when you contact us and we will suggest an English-speaking housekeeper, subject to availability in your area.
Can I benefit from the French tax credit?
The 50% tax credit for home services applies to households that are tax residents in France*. With the URSSAF immediate advance scheme, you only pay half of the invoice. If you are not a French tax resident, our rates remain the same and transparent.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Yes. You provide the products and equipment suited to your home (parquet, marble, natural stone…). We can send you a short list of recommended products before the first visit.
Can the housekeeper work while I am away?
Yes. Key handover is arranged as you prefer: in person, a spare key, your concierge, or another solution agreed together.
Are you insured?
Yes. All services are covered by professional liability insurance.
How do I cancel or reschedule a visit?
Any change must reach us at least 7 days before the visit (weekends and holidays included); after that, the visit remains due. Requests can be made directly from your client space, Mon Espace Domi.
